Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

- Our products are usually delivered within 15 working days, but please allow up to 20. Every pair we sell is inspected in scruitinous detail to make sure that they are perfect before they are sent out to you. More information can be found on our "shipping" page.

Processing time: approximately 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday).

Shipping time: approximately 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday).

Where do your shoes ship from?

- Our shoes ship from our warehouse facility in China after they are manufactured to your specification. 

Do you offer express shipping?

- We do not offer express shipping currently but rather use the fastest option available to us as a default for all orders.

What are your return and cancellation policies?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of your order arriving, if your shoes are still in brand new and unworn condition. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, or you have worn your shoes, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order, there is a grace period of 48 hours after ordering. We unfortunately cannot accept cancellations if contacted after this 48 hour window. This is due to the fact that your order may have already been processed.

Do you send QC (quality control) pictures?

- Please include a note in your purchase if you would like to receive QC photos of your shoes for approval prior to them being shipped. Please keep in mind that this process could add 2-3 days to your order time, depending on how long you take to respond to us.

I am after a particular model but cannot find it on your website, can you get them?

- Since we are constantly rolling out new models on our website, not all of our inventory will immediately be present. Please email us if you can't find what you're after on our website and we will be happy to help.
