The sneaker, released in February 2019 for NBA All-Star Weekend, commemorates Kobe Bryant's historic draft night in 1996. Drafted by the Charlotte Hornets before being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, this event marked a turning point for Bryant's career and both franchises.
