Love the trainers. I don't love the way the order was handled as took over 4 weeks to arrive with no update or pre-delivery notification. Just nothing, then they turn up, late. In the new world of online retailing, this type of customer service just doesn't wash. I won't be left sitting, waiting like this again and will go elsewhere. Which is a shame.
